Apparently, this isn’t the worst thing ever to actually do. Ford cabs stack really well because the spot welds in the middle of the rear doors are the same as the spot welds for the back panel, so you can keep adding more

A friend of mine almost did this when his 7.3 Excursion was getting long in the tooth. He and his wife have four kids, and put thousands of miles a  year on towing a big ass camper. He ended up buying a medium duty International instead, and an even bigger camper.

Counter point: Keep it that height and put 37s on it with some 16in 2nd gen bullet- hole wheels. Keep bumper and put 2nd gen headlights in and get a better looking roll bar.

I’m curious where one parks these things. Any painted spot it’s going to exceed quite handily.

When I had an Odyssey, there were multiple downtown streets I had to ignore, because it was too long, and I'd net a ticket if I tried.

It’s shocking how “hard to park, hard to turn” minivans turned out to be.  I know we’re still supposed to be buying them instead of CUVs, but my wife’s Quest was a pain in the ass to maneuver and park.

That’s one thing the Sienna does do right - turning radius. It’s better than the Vibe it replaced.

Rear visibility with car seats is terrible though.

Or for something completely different: slam it on bags until it can lay frame parked or driving at your leisure. trade the wheels and tires and whatever scrapes egregiously post- slamming for the widest set of 18”s and RE-71Rs you can fit. Change nothing else and lose every autocross/rallycross/ice race that you can enter.
